The Pothole Patrol adopts Shafer Road

SHERRILL TOWNSHIP, Mo. – The Pothole Patrol hit Shafer Road last week to save an orphan road abandoned by government neglect. EZ STREET® Asphalt kicked off their current marketing campaign in Texas County, when their ambient asphalt was used to fill potholes on the stretch of old Highway 63 commonly known as Shafer Road.

Pot-holed Shafer Road set for discussion this afternoon

A company will unveil a paving solution Thursday afternoon to a deteriorated road northwest of Licking. Information is slated to be released at 3 p.m. at Shafer and Buckner roads, according to a press release from the office of State Rep. Bennie Cook.
